Bob Dodge, President/Owner

Bob is one of the owners of ISN and brings more than 25 years of strategic business experience to the table.  As President/CEO, Bob oversees ISN’s growth and expansion into new markets, as well as overseeing systems, process innovations and improvements on
an ongoing basis. 

     Prior to ISN, he worked in several senior marketing roles with notable companies as The Learning Company, Mattel Toys, No Nonsense Hosiery, and Yield House/Renovators Supply, as well as starting www.artemisgallery.com.

Pat McTeer, V.P. Operations/Owner

Pat joined ISN via a merger between ISN and Creative Storage Innovations (CSI) in 2007.  Specializing in model home installations and hospitality furniture receiving and storage, CSI (and Pat) brought additional storage facilities, management systems and expertise to the company that will help propel ISN's growth in the years ahead.

     Pat believes that a good quality product brings customers in, but it's great service keeps them coming back, and his goal is to provide the highest quality, most efficient client service.

Diane Dumont, Marketing Director/Founder

Diane is a founding partner at ISN and Marketing Director in Las Vegas.  Degrees in Business Management and Interior Design, combined with 30+ years of industry experience, helped build the company.  Her background in Interior Design drove the business model by understanding and providing exactly what the clients want. 

     Diane is an industry partner of The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and holds an active board seat with Architectural & Decorative Arts Society (ADAS).

Paul Wiedemer, Sales Director

Paul joined ISN in 2009 bringing a new level of sales professionalism to the company.  With more than 30 years experience in consumer goods and construction industry sales, Paul applies sound business acumen and strong customer service skills to achieve positive results.  

     Prior to joining ISN, Paul was a Corporate Sales Manager in the construction industry where he led business development and customer relations for a five state region.

Kiersten Withrow, Client Services, Denver

Kiersten joined in 2002 and serves as the Client Services Manager at ISN's Denver operation.  Responsible for scheduling, accounting, customer service and office management, Kiersten's experience has allowed her to work with many talented designers, manufacturers and home builders. 

     Kiersten believes that the key to business success is to establish a reliable relationship among herself and her clients.

Sean Beard, Client Services, Las Vegas

Sean joined ISN in early 2009. With 15 years of finance and real estate experience under his belt, he brings a high level of professionalism to our Las Vegas operation. Sean is responsible for scheduling, accounting, customer service and office management. 

     In addition Sean enjoys interacting with his clients, making sure each project, large or small, runs smoothly... and don't be surprised if you see Sean at your next project making sure you're being well taken care of.

Barb Hamilton, Controller

Barb joined the Denver office of ISN in 2009 as Controller.  She brings expertise in business accounting, finance, credit, forecasting and budgeting.    
     With in-depth experience in commercial services companies and facility/property enhancement, Barb understands the needs of both the service provider and service recipient.
